Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and providing strategic HR support to the organization. TRAVEL REQUIRED.
Duties:
- Manage 208 Corporate Office as well as field offices, vendors, and other information.
- Responsible for 100% oversight recruiting processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates
- Management of multiple calendars and schedules.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations effectively to employees
- Generate additional reports as directed
- Travel is required up to 25% of the time
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruiting, employee relations, training development, and talent management
- Proficiency in HR systems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally
