Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Roofing Estimator role located in Brevard, NC at Southern Quality Company. The Roofing Estimator will be responsible for assessing roofing projects, preparing accurate estimates, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry standards
- Commercial and residential roofing experience
- Exactomate proficency preferred
- Experience in estimating and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to climb roofs and assess project sites preffered
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the roofing industry
- Relevant certifications or licenses in roofing or construction field
