Job Details
This is an 8-week MRI tech position.
Performs Diagnostic Radiographic, Cat Scan, Mammography, Bone Density, Ultra Sound or Special Procedures according to department protocols.
Functions as the first line interface with customers and is successful in the accomplishment of their imaging needs.
Participates in PI / QC activities.
Assists in Maintaining Performance Improvement Program.
Supervises Radiology staff in the absence.
Maintains department supplies.
Promotes teamwork and good customer service.
Assists in annual evaluations and staff discipline.
Does scheduling for assigned sub departments and maintains supplies and equipment for assigned sub department.
Responsible for processing and transmission of Images to PACS.
Job Requirements
Licensure and / or fluoroscopy permit as required by State.
Effective July 1, 2017 national certification in three modalities or if functioning in a leadership role, national certification in 2 modalities and leadership experience required.
Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
One year of acute clinical radiography preferred.
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT or ABHES.
Proficient computer skills.
Additional Details
American Heart Association or Red Cross BLS required for onboarding.

Proof of 2 Vaccines or Positive Titer showing immunity required for onboarding.
Annual Respirator fit test required for onboarding.
Hepatitis B required for onboarding.
Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31 for onboarding.
TB Test required for onboarding.
Driver's License / State ID required for onboarding.
Vaccination / titer showing immunity required for onboarding.
Tdap required for onboarding.
Physical / Health Statement must be completed within 60 days of start for onboarding.
National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date required for onboarding.
