Part time night audit position available: Saturday and Sunday 11pm-7am.
Resort Style Hotel is seeking a professional, people person who is able to provide hotel guests with information and support throughout their stay with a respectful and gracious manner. You will be essential in managing front desk operations during nighttime hours, ensuring a seamless guest experience. This role requires strong customer service skills and proficiency in computer systems, as you will handle reservations, inquiries, and financial transactions. Ability to work through problems to ensure the guest has a memorable experience. Able to preform front desk clerical duties during shift.
Hotel is open 7 days a week including holidays.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests with a warm professional manner, check guests in or out
- Knowledge of hotel facilities, amenities, offerings and room types in order to assist the guest with their experience on property
- Possess fluent knowledge of the city and geography of surrounding areas, familiar with local dining, shopping, wellness, entertainment, and events, in order to help the guests with their experience in the area
- Make reservations for guests
- Keep the concierge area clean and presentable at all times
- Maintain Shift Report for communication between concierges and shifts
- Provide constant and consistent quality service to all guests, no matter the situation. Project warmth, care and concern for all guests and be able to handle stressful situations in a professional manner
Part time night audit shifts are Saturday and Sunday 11pm-7am . Starting pay rate $16 based on experience.
