Role Description
Due to our rapid growth we will be adding a dynamic Area Director within the greater Lansing, MI area. This is a full-time role with some of the main responsibilities centered around our 5P's (People, Process, Product, Profit, Passion). We offer a Total Compensation Rate that exceeds industry averages.
Qualifications
- Experience in the restaurant industry and multi-unit management is a must
- Financial management and analysis skills
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
- Flexibility and adaptability to change and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
- Experience with McAlister's Deli brand is a plus
