RV Paint and Body Shop Technician position!
This is for our state-of-the art 11.3 acre dealership on Interstate 75 just south of Atlanta. We are a privately owned full-service dealership that specializes in all types of RVs. This position requires a cheerful attitude and respect for others. Reliability and the drive to assist with duties regardless of the work environment. Applicant must be capable of passing a drug screen. Applicant must also have reliable transportation and be able to work a flex schedule that could include any day between Monday and Saturday. The applicant must also have a current valid driver's license and the ability of getting to and from work.
Hourly Pay is commensurate with proficiency, character, and PERFORMANCE.

This position requires the ability of lifting 25 pounds, standing for 2 hours at any given time on uneven surfaces, the ability to climb a ladder, and be exposed to varying temperatures. Allergies to solvents, cleaners, formaldehyde, dust, and other airborne contaminates in a service environment are grounds for disqualification for employment.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Conduct body repairs on RV’s, including collision damage and full repaints.
- Perform fiberglass repairs and structural support fabrication for aluminum and steel frameworks.
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and priming; mix and match paints for accurate color matching.
- Provide estimates for insurance, warranty, and customer-paid repairs.
- Install decals and ensure precise application.
- Keep the paint booth and equipment organized and clean.
- Strong skills in fiberglass repair and restoration.
- Communicate effectively with the shop foreman, dispatcher, and service advisor.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in paint and bodywork (preferably in RV, marine, or automotive industry)
- Knowledge of various paint applications and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- RVIA Certification helpful but not required (Bonus Available for Certified Applicant)
