Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 plus bonus and potential ownership

About the Role:

We’re seeking a visionary Principal / Director to spearhead the growth and success of new offices. What You’ll Do:

• Drive Local Success: Partner with Principals, Practice Leaders, and the Business Development Team to win work with local clients, leveraging market knowledge and relationships.
• Financial Leadership: Oversee office financial performance, working with discipline leaders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.
• Build & Inspire a Team: Lead efforts to recruit and retain top talent in the area, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture that promotes team growth and high client satisfaction.
• Project & Client Management: Manage a portfolio of projects and ensure financial targets are met. Support the team in understanding project and client financial metrics, including margin, fees, accounts receivable, and work-in-progress.
• Community Engagement: Represent the office in the community, attend client and project site visits, and travel to other offices as needed to strengthen team and client relationships.

What You Bring:

• Qualifications: Professional Registration in Architecture or as a Professional Engineer.
• Experience: 15 years in Architecture, Planning, Engineering, or related fields, with proven leadership in the regional market.
• Skills: Expertise in project finance, client management, and team leadership. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PSMJ, and ERP systems.
• Mindset: Strong presentation skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for growing teams and delivering exceptional client experiences.
