As a Field Manager you will drive the execution of turnkey, single family residential installations projects by:
As a Field Manager you will drive the execution of turnkey, single family residential installations projects by:
- Overseeing installation projects simultaneously across the area and customers assigned to you.
- Scheduling projects including subcontractor crews, vendors, and material deliveries to job sites.
- Ensuring projects are meeting project goals and staying on schedule while managing company and customer expectations.
- Coordinating the punch list process and participating in project completion and turnover efforts.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both home builder customers and vendors, recruiting high performing subcontractor crews, and ensuring quality through project oversight.
- Adhering to general building and safety codes and performing safety audits.
- Being committed to continuing education and training to stay current on ever-changing industry demands.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, previous experience in project and vendor management a plus.
- Organized and efficient approach to business, with professional style and communications.
- Commitment and desire to learn including construction software and other company systems.
- Reliable work truck and satisfactory auto insurance coverage.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
