About the Role :
The Laborer position is a variety of physical tasks that contribute to the overall productivity and efficiency of the team. Laborers will be responsible for maintaining work areas clean and organized. Responsible in handling products in boxes, pallets and conveyors machine.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work in cold temperatures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 Ibs. by the waistline and 35 lbs. to shoulder height and above.
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods, lifting, bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping.
- Ability to take directions and work as a team.
- Must be flexible to work in the 2nd shift, and Saturdays when needed.
