Midsouth Pain Treatment, a PartnerCare affiliated company, is seeking a full-time Care Coordination Specialist, to join our growing and established practice in Southaven, MS (Midsouth HQ).
Our practice focuses on taking care of the patient with a comprehensive plan, delivering high customer service, keeping patients safe and well-informed and reducing patients' pain as much as possible.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and reaching out to prospective clients.
- Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payment if applicable
- Verifying insurances verifying copays and deductibles.
- Understanding insurance plans and being able to explain in network vs out of network plans to patients.
- Utilizing insurance portals to obtain referrals, verifications, etc
- Answering calls and directing other calls to other departments, as needed.
- Answering questions regarding services.
- Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
- Medical scheduling and EClinicalWorks experience (Preferred)
We prefer at least two years of experience but are willing to train newer teammates with the right focus on patient care, service, and teamwork.

Education and Experience:
- High School graduate/GED required; college degree preferred.
- EClinicalWorks (Preferred).
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Basic typing and keyboarding skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HIPPA and client confidentiality laws
