Salary: $85,000-$95,000 annually

Position Overview: This position involves developing and implementing parametric tools for the design and manufacture of curved stairs, custom wooden and metal stairs, as well as stainless steel, metal, and glass handrail systems.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement user friendly and robust 3D parametric models for various stair and handrail systems.
- Develop and implement executable drawings for manufacturing from 3D parametric models.
- Automate standard manufactured product offering for increased work efficiency and reduced material waste.
- Create rendering tools to enhance customer presentations.
- Explore and implement Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) tools to automate the generation of G-code.
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Architecture or Engineering.
- Extensive knowledge of residential construction and woodworking.
- Comprehensive understanding of parametric design.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic programming knowledge for developing and enhancing CAD and CAM macros.
- Working knowledge of 3D laser scanning and data analysis.
- Experience with SolidWorks and Driveworks and/or Rhinoceros and Grasshopper.
- Understanding of AlphaCAM, Mastercam, SolidCam, or RhinoCam.
