Overview:
Southern Star Central Gas Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Operations Intern. This 12-week summer internship will provide valuable work experience, mentorship, and training in pipeline operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Operations Department with daily tasks
- Participate in weekly safety meetings
- Perform duties such as housekeeping, painting, and minor compressor maintenance
- Assist with pipeline ROW maintenance, mowing, observing Pig Runs, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age and maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.75
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must be currently enrolled in a Technical College Program pursuing an associate degree or a junior or senior pursuing a bachelor's degree
- Planning to pursue a career in Pipeline Operations
