This position is critical in driving the direction and oversight of the Company's IT Applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a technical team, implementing strategies, and overseeing the development and maintenance of various IT applications.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership Specific:
- Ensure alignment of department goals and activities with corporate Vision, Mission, goals, and strategies
- Engage in regular, consistent performance management, including coaching, teaching, appraising, and mentoring
- Execute staff growth plans
- Position Specific:
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional project teams to successfully analyze, financially justify, initiate, plan, execute, and monitor continuous improvement
- Partner with internal customers (sales, customer service, engineering, finance, etc.) to analyze the business requirements and objectives needed to effectively maintain systems
- Assist with collecting customer requirements, defines and prioritizes projects to deliver results
Qualifications:
- Minimum:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 6 years of experience in IT Applications or a related area
- Ability to lead a technical team
- Preferred:
- Masters degree, or other advanced degree
- Experience with ERP or HRIS software
- Experience with Oracle Applications Cloud
Compensation Details:
Yearly Salary: $97,957 - $146,935
