Key Responsibilities
Clinical Mastery: Review physician orders and ensure accurate and safe medication preparation, compounding, packaging, and
labeling.Independent Expertise: Utilize your experience in independent pharmacy management to make swift, patient-focused decisions that ensure optimal care.
Team Leadership: Organize and direct pharmacy technicians, overseeing workflow, pharmaceutical preparation, and compliance with regulations.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations, especially within the framework of an independent pharmacy.

Qualifications and Skills
