Automotive Production Manager
Automotive Production Manager Job Details
Production Manager position will be responsible for overseeing operations, sales, and financials for respective areas
Maintain the quality of repairs performed by All-Pro
Continue to develop relationships with prospective customers while continuing to solidify relationships with current customers.
Maximize development of locations
Ensure all service calls and customer emergencies are handled promptly and professionally
Create and maintain a work environment where employees have the tools, resources, training, and support necessary to operate in the most efficient and effective manner possible
Assist in all Accounts Payables/Receivables
Oversee supply orders and usage
Keep up with new products available by supplier and inform technicians on those products
Hold meetings with all associates to discuss issues daily goals and constraints
Ensure effective and efficient operations.
Work with RVP to ensure proper staffing in place to handle current and new business.
Reinforce standards for professionalism, appearance, vehicle, work ethic, customer service, etc.
Directly process recruiting, hiring training, performance management and terminations
Proficient in all Lot Coordinator duties
Ensure proper roll out of new products, policies, practices and procedures
Communicate daily with all assigned Lot Coordinators
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous management experience preferred
Automotive service experience required
Excellent communication and time management skills
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screening.
Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with changing needs & priorities.
Positive attitude
Working Conditions:
Job duties are primarily performed in a garage or outdoor environment.
Team-based work.
Fast paced work environment.
May be required to work at other job sites within close proximity
