Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Manage delivery calendars and separation requests.
- Maintain organized files and documentation related to client accounts, ensuring easy access to information when needed.
- Utilize phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in all communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
- Monitor accounts to insure payments are received in a timely manner. If necessary contacting customers concerning there balance.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent phone etiquette with strong verbal communication skills.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Experience with calendar management and scheduling is preferred.
- Familiarity with computerized filing systems is a plus.
