IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR A/P CLERK
Southern Supply and SMC Electric have an immediate opening in the Accounts Payable department. The position is in Springfield, MO. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is needed.
Responsibilities
- High Volume of Printing A/P Invoices
- High volume of Statement Review
- Filing
- Processing Multiple Check Runs per week
- Pulling Support for Check Runs
- Preparing Checks to be distributed
- Other Miscellaneous Duties
Qualifications
- Accounts Payable experience
- Collaborative team player
- Customer service focused and solution-oriented
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Oral and written communication skills
- Analytic and problem-solving skills
- SX WebUI Software Experience a plus
Compensation Package
- Hourly pay range is $14 - $16 depending on experience
