Job Description:
The Business Analyst II is responsible for the successful translation and implementation of the Spanish digital strategy across member facing digital platform, while driving delivery of continuous enhancements to the digital self-service experience for the web and mobile apps. The incumbent must use sound analytical skills to independently research and analyze processes. Research must be thorough and complete, so all aspects of the process are accounted for. Based on findings, use critical thinking and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. The incumbent must recognize opportunities to improve accuracy, timeliness, efficiency, and productivity. The incumbent has the authority to recommend changes to business processes or customizations to systems depending on system delivered performance, with the guidance of management. Projects will have clearly stated deliverables and due dates. The incumbent will develop recommendations and present to management either in written form or through oral presentations.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, evaluating and recommending changes or enhancements to a business process or system; identifying and resolving business rules, data integrity or software issues; identifying reporting needs and developing summary reports; and identifying and implementing process improvements. Accomplishes all assigned job functions in a manner that optimizes departmental effectiveness while maintaining confidentiality. Preferred qualifications and specific job duties defined by business area.
