Service Appointment Coordinator
ROANOKE, Virginia
Southern Team Automall, Virginias' #1 Volume New Car Dealer is seeking motivated, energetic individuals that are able to learn quickly and start generating results immediately.
We are seeking a full-time representative in our Service Business Development Center. The work schedule is Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM and EVERY FOURTH SATURDAY.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answers incoming calls and schedules service appointments for the service department. Makes outgoing calls to assist the Parts Department
- Answers customer questions about service performed or refers them to someone who can.
- Handles customer requests and complaints with professionalism, integrity, and poise, and, when necessary, refers dissatisfied customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience working with Microsoft Office, (X-Time, CDK experience helpful) data entry, and computer software and ability to learn and use new programs.
- Strong communication, organization, time management, computer and basic math skills
- Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
- Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
- Previous customer service/call center experience preferred
- Automotive industry experience preferred
