Responsibilities:
Directs and monitors the effective and efficient operations of the financial aid department at their designated campus while ensuring compliance with federal, state, accreditation agencies, department of education, and corporate guidelines and regulations.
The ideal candidate has:
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills and problem solving abilities.
- Experience in staff training and development with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a diverse environment.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred
- A minimum of four years of related experience in a post-secondary setting
- Working knowledge of federal student aid regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CampusVue or similar database software preferred
