What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Administrative Assistant position at Southern Technical College?
Southern Technical College is seeking a part-time admin assistant to work the following schedule:
Monday - Thursday (4pm - 8pm)
Friday (9am - 12pm)
Every other Saturday (8:30am-1pm)
Job Requirements:
· Excellent telephone etiquette
· Must be an expert with Microsoft applications: (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
· Familiarity with CampusVue (database) a plus; must be able to learn to utilize CampusVue, if not already acquainted.
· Must have excellent typing skills
· Professional appearance
· Great organizational skills
· Must have a positive customer service attitude.
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with members of our college at all levels.
· Must have a reliable vehicle
