JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct patient care in the clinic or office setting, in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice, under the direction & guidance of the provider.
Qualifications
Minimum Education
Must be a graduate of a Practical Nursing Program.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Skills
Certifications :
AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire Required Skills
Licenses :
Current and active LPN License for the State of Tennessee or compact license with the required forms filed with the State of Tennessee within 30 days.
