Job Description :

• Work as part of a regional network of hospitals and healthcare services in southern Tennessee.
• Provide both inpatient and outpatient services at a 95-bed acute care facility.
• Function as a member of the Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring high-quality patient care.
• Be prepared to float to other facilities within a 25-mile radius if required.
• Handle diverse patient populations, including geriatric, adult, and pediatric.
• Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to required education and dress code standards.
• Wear scrubs in the specified color; unacceptable attire is not permitted.
• Offer coverage to address specific needs, such as leave coverage.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies.
