Role Description
This is a part-time Keyholder role located in Westport, CT. The Keyholder will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as product knowledge, communication with customers, retail sales, providing exceptional customer service, and delivering a memorable customer experience on-site.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and Retail Sales skills
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to create a positive Customer Experience
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of Southern Tide brand and products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
