Southern Tier AIDS Program, Inc. is seeking a Reentry Care Manager in our Binghamton office.  This position provides confidential outreach, intake, and care management services to reentry participants. Assist with the general operations of the Reentry Program; provides program clerical and data management support.

Salary:

  • $23.24/hour working 35-hours per week, may vary depending upon experience
  • Excellent benefits package including: life insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, medical and dental insurance, flexible spending plan and generous time off (24 days annually 11 paid holidays)

Reports directly to the Reentry Coordinator. Collaborates with staff members, county partner agencies, and interns/volunteers as appropriate.
