Duties
- Perform tire installations, rotations, balancing, and repairs on various vehicles.
- Conduct thorough inspections of tires to identify wear patterns and recommend solutions.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company standards.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes and general automotive repair when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on tire selection and maintenance.
- Collaborate with service technicians to align vehicles as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in tire technology.
Requirements
- Previous experience in tire service or automotive repair is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus.
