BUSY SPECIALTY CLINIC IN NEED OF AN ASSISTANT NURSING LEAD (LPN) WITH LEAD OR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE
REPORTS TO: CLINICAL DIRECTOR
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Clinical Director on all aspects of clinical operations as directed. Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services
- Supervise clinical team schedules (call ins, fill ins)
- Scheduling and coordination of specialized procedures
- Collaborate with Clinical Director to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Coordinate with other departments or organizations to facilitate seamless patient care transitions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in medical management practices
Requirements:
- Nursing license with lead or management experience
- Minimum of three years medical practice leadership/management experience
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines
