Salary : $35,000.00 - $41,000.00 AnnuallyLocation : Cedar City, UTJob Type : Full-time StaffJob Number : 202400068Division : Advancement & Enrollment ManagementDepartment : AdmissionsOpening Date : 02 / 05 / 2025Closing Date : 2 / 20 / 2025 11 : 59 PM MountainFLSA : Non-Exempt Position Summary Provide administrative and marketing support for the Enrollment Management team by managing recruitment partnerships, collaborating on the design and procurement of materials, coordinating onboarding and HR tasks, handling purchasing orders and reconciliation, and assisting with campus event coordination. Essential Functions Assist in the marketing and outreach efforts of the Enrollment Management team by fulfilling and maintaining recruitment partnerships.Collaborate with vendors and designers to develop and select concepts for the design and procurement of recruitment materials.Support the Enrollment Management team by facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and assisting with various HR-related tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Responsible for all Purchasing Orders.Reconcile Purchasing Card Statements for all of Enrollment Management.Coordinate various aspects of campus events and assist in campus tours when available.Assist all recruiters and staff with office needs i.e.; supplies, computers, swag, recruitment materials, etc.Strong interpersonal communication skill, organizational skill and writing ability.Ability to lift and carry boxes and supplies. Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 25lbs.Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree preferredAssociate's requiredOffice experience required with a working knowledge of office procedures and willingness to work as a team member.Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, faculty and community members in person, over the phone and e-mail.
