The Royalty Accountant/Tax Examiner plays a critical role in supporting the Severance Tax program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. The role requires a BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related area with 2 years of experience, or an AA/AS in accounting, finance, or a related field with 4 years of experience, or a HS diploma with 6 years of experience. Preference is given to qualified Southern Ute Tribal members and other Native Americans.
