Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Royalty Accountant/Tax Examiner to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform accounting and audit services to support the Severance Tax program
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, coworkers, Tribal staff, and the public
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 2 years of experience
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, with 4 years of experience
- High School diploma, with 6 years of experience
- Preference given to qualified Southern Ute Tribal members and other Native Americans
