About the Role:
The Controller will be responsible for directing the Growth Funds accounting and financial reporting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining internal controls, accounting policies, practices, and procedures
- Coordination of accounting and finance related training and development
- Coordinating with IT regarding information systems
- Implementing accounting and financial reporting policies
- Coordinates with outside auditors, tax and valuation consultants
- Monitors capital spending and budget compliance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 12 years of experience in accounting and financial management
- Possession of a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other regulatory requirements
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insightful recommendations
