Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for performing financial analysis and audit support work for our Severance Tax program.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with ONRR, coworkers, Tribal staff, and the public to achieve common goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of financial transactions
To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in accounting or finance, as well as excellent analytical and communication skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field and 2 years of experience; or an Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or related field and 4 years of experience; or High School diploma with 6 years of experience
- Possession of a valid driver's license is preferred
