**Job Summary**
The Southern Ute Indian Tribe seeks a skilled Project Manager to oversee the management and coordination of construction-related projects. This individual will work under the supervision of the Housing Department Director, assisting in the initiation, management, and completion of all phases of construction projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform construction and project management duties on Tribal construction projects, including renovation projects and other non-construction projects delegated to the Department.
- Assist the Tribal Housing Director with leading, overseeing, and directing design engineers, architects, inspectors, soils testers, surveyors, contractors, consultants, and testing organizations involved in ongoing and/or proposed construction projects.
- Coordinate and communicate with other Tribal Departments as needed on all projects and programs.
- Represent the Tribe in an official capacity with design engineers, architects, contractors, lawyers, inspectors, soil testers, surveyors, and others.
