Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the Human Capital Management (HCM) software program. You will provide payroll tech support and consultation, and design/ implement customizations and fixes to the production system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, business or finance, or related field
- 10-12 years of experience in payroll development and support
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in HCM software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
