Southern Wake Counseling Center is looking for licensed or associate licensed clinicians who want to work with a team of professionals committed to providing the best care. Southern Wake Counseling Center is a well-established group practice with two locations in Fuquay-Varina. –A LCMHC, LCMHCA, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist who has a current NC License.
We currently have full-time and part-time positions available that can be in the office, or a hybrid position with a minimum of two days in the office. Full-time employees are required to complete 23 billable sessions per week and the compensation package includes health insurance benefits, paid time off, paid holidays, a 401K, and money towards continuing education.
Competitive, above average pay for the area is being offered. Bonuses are given for sessions above the required number and the bonus is paid out in the same pay period the sessions are performed.
We are also accepting applications for part-time employment.

Responsibilities:
- Value your own personal and professional growth.
- Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients to address a range of mental health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in regular supervision and group consultation meetings.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed or license eligible as a therapist in the state of NC. (LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Provisionally Licensed Clinicians may apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Commitment to providing culturally competent and trauma-informed care.
