What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dish Pit Operator position at Southern Way Catering?
Key Responsibilities to include:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, etc.
- Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, utensils and any other kitchen items.
- Sort and remove trash, placing in designated areas.
- Sweeping and mopping floors daily.
- Help stock supplies as directed.
- Clean garbage cans with water or steam as directed.
- Load or unload trucks that deliver or pickup food or food supplies as directed by manager/supervisor.
- Any other duties requested by management
