We are looking for someone with energy, focus, and drive! Someone who pays attention to detail, who can work at a steady pace 8-12 hours a day on their feet. Any construction or manufacturing background is preferred! Individuals with previous glass experience are encouraged to apply! There are opportunities to move to other departments and grow with our company.
General Qualifications:
- Must be punctual.
- Able to communicate with team members and have a positive attitude.
- Ability to perform simple addition, subtraction, and multiplication.
- Must be able to push, pull, carry, lift, or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand/walk 812 hours on concrete surfaces.
- Ability to conduct basic problem solving.
- Must be able to withstand exposure to extreme heat or extreme cold weather for both inside and outside job tasks.
- Use of personal protective equipment (safety sleeves, safety gloves, steel toes shoes, safety glasses and etc.) as required for the task at hand.
- Must be able to read basic drawings and layouts.
- Must be able to read a tape measure down to the 16th.
- Must be able to understand, read and write the English language.
