Driver

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate vehicles to transport goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery status and any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all safety protocols while driving and handling materials.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in commercial driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Familiarity with route driving and navigating local areas efficiently.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks; certification is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and moving tasks.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills for interacting with team members and customers.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
