This vacancy is for a full-time Paraprofessional position at Southern Elementary School working in the Autistic Support Classroom. The position will work 6.5 hours/day, 181 days/year, and the anticipated hours are 8:30 am through 3:30 pm. The position works all scheduled student days during the school year. The starting rate is $16.80 per hour for the 2024-2025 school year. This position has full benefits available including medical, dental, vision, retirement, sick days, and personal days. The District’s paraprofessionals support the classroom teacher and building. They assist in providing a well-organized, smoothly functioning classroom environment in which students can take full advantage of the instructional programs and supportive services.
