Hospice Registered Nurse / RN Case Manager Requirements:
- Be a heart-centered individual with compassion, kindness, and empathy for patients and their families.
- Be comfortable providing care in various settings, including patients' homes.
- Demonstrate flexibility and composure while supporting others in crisis situations.
- Possess 1 years of nursing experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology.
- Have additional preferred experience in hospital Staff RN, Med Surg, PACU, Float pool, ER or emergency room, critical care, acute care, cardiac, geriatric, admissions, wound care, telemetry, or travel nursing.
