Front Counter Associate

Construction, Industrial and Packaging Supplies Hours Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. No weekends   Do you have experience with front counter customer service? If so, we are looking for for Front Counter Associate at our Omaha, NE location. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Be the face of our company by greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner upon store arrival and provide assistance via phone and email inquiries. Your approach is to go above and beyond to meet the customer needs. Do local deliveries on an as needed basis to our customers Develop relationships with our customers by understanding and explaining our products and proactively up selling when a need is identified that we can meet. Interact with our sales representatives, branch managers and sales support to provide assistance with a variety of tasks – from pulling orders to assisting customers to check in tools for repair. Assist with merchandising and maximize our store’s potential by ensuring products are placed exceptionally well. Look at our processes with an eye to recommend ways to streamline and create efficiency.  Effectively problem solve and find resolution to customer concerns.  YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU Meet the Minimum Qualifications – You have at least 1 year of prior sales or business development experience within the construction industry   Have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Deliver Results - You always find a solution when a challenge is presented and deliver it Relate to our Customers - You develop close relationships with your customers and treat them like family. Solve Problems – You are passionate about selling products to help customers overcome problems and provide them with a solution.
