Responsibilities
- Applicant Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates for open positions through various recruiting channels.
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process.
- ETA Systems: Use ETA systems to track applicants, record interview outcomes, and manage the recruitment pipeline.
- Attendance & Hours Review: Weekly tracking of attendance and hours to support accurate records and compliance.
- Collaboration with Management: Communicate recruitment needs with management and provide hiring updates.
- Employee Engagement: Plan and coordinate engagement activities and events to promote a positive work culture.
- Grounds Recruiting: Conduct on-site recruiting at job fairs and field events to build our talent pool.
- Timely Communication: Keep all recruitment parties informed and respond quickly to recruitment needs, in both Spanish and English.
- Support HR Operations: Assist HR in day-to-day needs, tasks, and any required administrative support.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish & English: Fluent in both speaking and writing.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to start at 6:30 am and work as late as 5 pm, depending on recruiting needs.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and stay organized.
- Experience in Skilled Trade Recruiting: Preferred but not required.
- Professional Communication: Clear and timely communication in both languages, with the ability to explain processes and expectations clearly.
