We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Landscape Salesperson. The ideal candidate will be a Detail-Oriented, Competitive, People Pleaser. They will drive landscape installation division revenue by owning our deep client relationships and developing new ones and by executing on thoughtful client meetings, timely estimating and a flawless production handoff.
What you’ll do:
- Business Development: Increase landscape client portfolio through targeted new client outreach.
- New Leads: Qualify and Follow up on all new leads, schedule meetings, generate detailed proposals and close deals.
- Account Management: Manage book of existing landscape business by anticipating client needs, delivering timely estimates and awesome customer service.
- Pipeline Management: Own revenue pipeline reporting, including signed and proposed projects, to ensure landscape division revenue KPI’s are met.
- Execution: Lead the “sales to production handoff” process to ensure high-quality projects always exceed our clients’ expectations.
Required Experience:
- 3-5 years’ experience in landscape estimating/sales.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, technology-focused, high-growth business environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet revenue goals.
Pay:
- Competitive salary based on experience with uncapped commission structure.
