Responsibilities
Telephone Triage, problem solving, work closely with providers on best solution for patient issues.
Work closely with our Dr's, NP's & PA's caring for patients.
Responding to office emergencies prn
Administer prescribed injections, medications, nebulizers, EKG's, fingerstick glucose, INR, A1C, pulmonary function testing etc.
Provide patient and family education on disease states, equipment use, medication use.
Skills
- Proven experience on triage
- Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
- Familiarity of OSHA, HIPAA, medical terminology
- Good physical condition and stamina
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and able to handle stress
- Successful completion of RN license program is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
