Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Electronics Service Technician to join our team located in Wilmington, NC.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and perform electronic repairs to include monitors, mother boards, and various components on game equipment
- Perform bench work and off-site installations/repairs
- Prepare machines for off-site installations, participate in delivery, and installation of equipment at customer sites
- Field and troubleshoot maintenance calls
- Respond to service calls for equipment repairs
- Perform preventive maintenance
- Maintains parts inventory in service vehicles for off-site repairs
- Completes all necessary documentation related to work performed
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Experience with electronics repair at the PC board level
- Minimum of one to three years’ experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be 21 years of age
- Must pass background check
- Must have valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record
- On call some weekends
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
