What will you do?
- Maintain the environmental services department according to company, state, and gaming commission standards and regulations.
- Order and manage the EVS cleaning supply stock.
- Follow departmental policies by documenting daily the areas that have been cleaned and serviced by EVS team members.
- Train and develop EVS team members to the required company, state and gaming standards of health and safety.
More about you
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum of one year of supervisory experience
- Must be able to obtain a Arkansas State Gaming License.
- Experience in EVS and/or cleaning departments required.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must possess excellent communication skills in speaking, writing and listening.
- Must possess outstanding organization and decision making skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations.
Physical requirements
- Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift.
- Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, and carrying.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
- Regularly exposed to fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals.
- The noise level may be moderate to loud.
