Position Summary:
The Campus Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing various operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of all campuses. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Essential Position Responsibilities Include:
- Pick up mail and distribute
- Enter invoices into accounting software
- Manage visa charges and reconcile receipts monthly
- Reconcile service invoices with work orders
- Manage schedule reports for all campuses
- Receive and process outside facility requests and manage calendar
- Schedule HVAC at campuses based on weekly usage
- Program automatic doors at campuses for special events/holidays
- Communicate with facilities on calendar changes and staff needs
- Monitor vehicle check outs
- Manage fleet vehicle routine maintenance, registrations, and insurance
- Monitor and order office, breakroom, and cleaning supplies
- Manage building key distribution
- Order rental furniture for events
- File utility reports to city and county as needed
- Coordinate office volunteer
- Order maintenance parts, office signage, and misc
- Monitor service contracts and Insurance certificates for contractors
