DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Concrete Crew Lead, you take accountability for your team's results and strive to complete quality, timely work. You expertly manage all aspects of our projects from start to finish, overseeing everything from administrative work to field operations. As a confident and capable leader, you analyze project plans and coach your team in completing exceptional work according to these guidelines. You proactively address minor roadblocks and promptly resolve problems as they arise. Diligently, you communicate with your team, maintain accurate project records, and do whatever it takes to deliver incredible results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Mastery of polished concrete skills with proven leadership experience
- Expertise in working in the field, leading and inspiring a team to achieve outstanding results
- Valid driver's license
