Our client is a newly established manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative to spearhead their efforts in North America. The company is a manufacturing company based in Macon Georgia, specializing in thermal interface materials such as thermally conductive adhesives and structural adhesives which are used in various industries such as Electric Vehicle battery, ESS Battery, Automotive and Semi-conductor.
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving product awareness, and generating new customer leads. The Sales representative will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and establishing relationships with potential clients in North America.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales within the North American market.
· Identify and target new customers to drive business growth.
· Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and marketing efforts.
· Track and report on sales and marketing performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Work closely with the CEO to ensure corporate sales goals are met
· Assist with the development of the annual Marketing budget; conduct monthly reporting and tracking.
Requirements:
· A bachelor’s degree or accredited College diploma is required.
· A minimum of 3-4 years of sales related experience, preferably in the adhesive industry and the car battery industry (or ESS Battery) is highly desirable.
· Strong understanding of the North American market and its customer base in TIM and adhesive industry.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to think strategically and creatively to develop effective marketing initiatives.
Working Conditions
· This position is available on both a full-time and contract basis, offering flexibility to suit the candidate's preferences. A success-based bonus can be offered for the successful acquisition of new clients, rewarding performance and the achievement of sales targets.
· The successful candidate can work remote from any state in USA.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
