CDL Truck Driver – Vinton, LA

A Southland Holdings Company is seeking a highly motivated CDL Truck Driver to join our team in Vinton, LA. If you are a safety-conscious professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering quality service, we encourage you to apply!

Job duties & responsibilities:

• Knowledge of and safe operation of truck
• Ensures quality of product delivered
• Follows all safety and environmental procedures
• Assists other drivers as necessary- reports delays/problems to dispatchers
• Delivers product in a timely and safe manner following designated routes to and from job sites
• Driver is responsible for maintaining safe and mechanical operation of truck
• Must be able to operate all functions of tack oil or prime delivery; e.g., maintaining truck after each delivery and preparing for next day operation
• Must follow all DOT rules and regulations follow all rules and regulations as outlined by the Safety Department
• Must also wear personal protective equipment as required
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must have Class A - CDL License
• Must be able to Pass DOT drug screen and DOT physical
• 3 plus years - CDL Driver experience
